Due Diligence & Safety procedures

The Due Diligence process is part of the Package Travel Regulations for all tour operators, but is observed by few! It gives tour operators the responsibility of checking that all their suppliers –

coach companies,

hotels,

sports facilities,

local reps etc –

are fully compliant with local health and safety regulations wherever in the world they happen to be. PK Sports Tours take this responsibility very seriously and, wherever possible, have carefully inspected all these aspects of touring for themselves.

PK understand the need for a school to complete a formal Risk Assessment for every trip and undertake to provide all information that is required for your School to complete this procedure.
